Linear actuators

For tight installation spaces

Nanotec is now offering linear actuators with an integrated linear guide and a short design in sizes NEMA 11 (28 millimetres) and NEMA 17 (42 millimetres). In the LGA28 and LGA42 series, the overall length of the guide is only ten millimetres longer than the working stroke, meaning that working spaces with process-related limitations can be used efficiently.

The new linear actuators offer low backlash and high push and pull force, the manufacturer promises. The integrated linear guide with movable polygon profile enables high-precision feed without additional mechanical components. Both series can be ordered in various lengths, with different windings and optionally with an encoder. The electrical connection is made via an integrated plug. Linear actuators in this design are suitable for applications that require a combination of precise positioning, fast movement and a long service life. as
