Lifting columns are indispensable for many applications in medical technology, the packaging industry, logistics and car production. As a component of ergonomic workstation systems, they also help to increase efficiency in many companies.
Leantechnik manufactures single and double lifting columns based on its Lifgo and Lean SL rack and pinion gearboxes, which are adapted to the requirements of the respective application. The Lifgo gearboxes are resilient and achieve lifting forces of 2,000 to 25,000 newtons, depending on the size. They are suitable for use in lifting columns of systems and devices in which high lateral forces occur. These include, for example, packaging machines or handling systems that move heavy loads. The lifting columns can be used to transport these loads precisely to any desired location in the packaging or assembly line.
Lifting columns with Lean SL gearboxes are suitable for applications where there are hardly any lateral forces or where precise guidance is already available. This product range with round-guided gear racks is suitable for simple synchronous lifting tasks, for example in patient couches and height-adjustable diagnostic equipment in medical technology or at ergonomic workstations in industry. Just like the Lifgo gearboxes, the Lean SL gearboxes also achieve lifting speeds of up to three meters per second and position their load precisely. pb
