Cleanroom-optimized linear axis

Zorn offers the cleanroom-optimized Zlag linear axes in three sizes with different stroke lengths. They can be used for machining sensitive components where dust particles are a problem: Precision engineering, micro-assembly, micro-automation and the manufacture of medical or dental products.

Equipped with cleanroom-optimized linear axes, the machining center also has dust-sensitive production processes under control. © Anger

Common to all three versions are the repeat tolerances of 0.05 millimetres (standard) and 0.01 millimetres (precision). The Zlag 1 version is available in five versions and requires 72 x 48 x 475 millimeters of space - depending on the stroke length (300 millimeters). The maximum force specified is 67 newtons. The two other series have a larger footprint of 94 by 60 millimeters. The Zlag2 axle type version can perform stroke lengths of up to 350 millimetres with a maximum force of 122 newtons. The Zlag3 version is designed for a maximum force of 255 newtons, with stroke lengths of up to 400 millimetres. as
