Thanks to the new online calculation program for gas springs, the design is now faster and can be done at any time. Unique in the industry because it is completely intuitive and visually structured, with support in either 2D or 3D, the most common gas spring applications can be calculated in just a few structured steps. In this way, experienced users can find the machine element tailored to their application in less than a minute. With this service, ACE is shortening the entire process from design to ordering and delivery. While the current version of the software still triggers the order via an inquiry, it is planned in future to be able to order the gas springs determined by online calculation directly via the ACE e-shop. These will then be filled with customized nitrogen at ACE's warehouse in Langenfeld and shipped by parcel service.
