Aluminum pipe connectors become flexible

The Solid Clamp aluminum pipe connector product family has four new additions: size 30 base, socket and joint clamps are now also available with an integrated ball joint. A socket clamp with a double ball has also been added to the portfolio.

Clampable pipe connectors are an alternative to elaborate in-house or welded constructions for the stable and simultaneously detachable connection of pipes. The pipe connector product range from RK Rose+Krieger offers solutions for different applications and expected loads:

The Light Clamps made of plastic for tasks with low mechanical loads are corrosion-resistant and resistant to aggressive substances. The Solid Clamps made of aluminum for medium to heavy loads have good mechanical properties. The Robust Clamps made of stainless steel for heavy loads and the impact-resistant range are designed to be highly temperature and corrosion resistant. They are particularly resistant to bending and remain high-strength even under dynamic loads.

Four new Solid Clamp variants with ball joints have now been added to the aluminum pipe connector range. The ball joints integrated into the base, socket and joint clamps are designed for loads of up to 40 Newton meters (static). Connected applications can be freely swiveled by 60 degrees and rotated by 360 degrees. This means that the new pipe connectors with ball joints offer more design freedom. A special surface coating on the ball joint ensures high-strength clamping. The clamping pieces have a universal connection plate for flexible connection. as
