Interface to the Murrelektronik cloud
With its own cloud service, Murrelektronik is opening another door on the road to Industry 4.0, with the compact Nexogate control cabinet component serving as the interface to the cloud.
The Murrelektronik cloud service is characterized by the fact that it transfers data from control and IO components in machines and systems directly to the cloud. This enables simple and uncomplicated access via a wide variety of devices, regardless of location. The transfer takes place via an encrypted communication channel, either by GSM transmission or via a network.
The Murrelektronik cloud offers a clear dashboard in which all important data can be compiled flexibly and according to specific requirements. This means that the machine and system operator has all the important information at a glance at all times. It can be used for process analysis, machine optimization and, of course, as a tool for predictive maintenance.
