At this year's Hannover Messe, B&R will be showcasing its complete portfolio for customized manufacturing. The portfolio enables collaboration between man and machine as well as a clear display of all machine data in the cloud.
At the Hannover Messe, B&R will be demonstrating how conventional manufacturing processes can be transformed into smart factories. The automation company's product portfolio enables efficient production of the highest quality down to batch size 1, reliable collaboration between man and machine and a clear display of all machine data in the cloud. B&R's first cloud application for machine builders collects machine data worldwide at any time and provides a reliable overview of all machines in the field. This enables machine builders to identify the need for optimization, improve service for their customers and tap into new sales potential. The cloud application also indicates upcoming maintenance.
B&R will also be showcasing an image processing solution at the trade fair that is fully integrated into the automation system. The product portfolio ranges from intelligent cameras and image processing algorithms to a lighting portfolio. In addition, ready-made software modules are available that can be used to create applications without a great deal of programming effort. At the trade fair stand, visitors can see how five integrated safety functions ensure that man and machine can work together safely and securely without hindering the production flow.
