Compact robot with 350 mm reach
The six-axis mini compact robot MZ01 from Nachi weighs 10 kg. It was designed for loads of up to 1 kg with a reach of 350 mm. Its repeat accuracy is 0.02 mm. The swivel speed is between 320 and 600 °/s.
The MZ01 compact robot from Nachi is suitable for picking up, orienting and inserting small workpieces in assembly systems, for example. It can be mounted either upright or suspended and requires a footprint or mounting area of 100 mm × 115 mm. Cables and wires are routed internally, and the design of its arms and joints corresponds to the larger universal robots in the Japanese company's MZ series. ag
