Turck: Training 4.0 in the model factory
Practical training for Industry 4.0 is the aim of the cooperation between the Teutloff Technical Academy, the system integrator CSAE and Turck. A model factory was set up in Braunschweig for this purpose.
The Teutloff Technical Academy, system integrator CSAE and automation specialist Turck have given the go-ahead for the Teutloff "model factory" in Braunschweig. The academy's new learning concept is designed to prepare future specialists for digitalized workplaces in the Industry 4.0 environment. The aim is to impart knowledge directly in the process in a practice-oriented and playful way," says Alexander von Lützow, Deputy Managing Director of the academy, outlining the learning concept. The aim is to break down any fears of the unknown through personal learning experiences.
Teutloff will be supported by automation solutions from Turck, which will be integrated into the model workshop on the software and system side by system integrator CSAE. The cooperation agreement between the three partners is the starting signal for joint work on further projects on the subject of learning and modern working environments. "Digitalization will have a strong influence on the work of the future, which is why we need to provide employees with suitable training courses," says Jörg Wittkugel, Turck Sales Manager for Northern Germany. Michel Wedekind, Managing Director at system house CSAE, adds: "Work will continue to change radically, and the use of digital media will become increasingly important. We need to prepare people for this and enable them to gain qualifications. The model factory is a strong concept for this."
Teutloff has been active as a technical academy for over 100 years in the further training of specialists and managers in western and north-western Germany. CSAE has more than 20 years of experience in the development and integration of automation solutions, including many years as a system partner of Turck. as
