Optimize test systems
The color versions of Teledyne Dalsa's intelligent BOA spot vision sensors offer greater versatility for use in industrial inspection processes. Functions such as teaching, matching and verifying colors expand the range of integrated inspection tools.
The BOA Spot Color models are equipped with a CMOS sensor with a resolution of 640 x 480 pixels. They are supplied with an M12 lens of either six, eight, twelve or 16 millimetres and a white LED ring light, or with a C-mount lens adapter to allow a choice of lenses and external lighting. The low purchase price allows the simultaneous use of several image processing systems at different inspection points in the production line. This not only improves defect analysis, but also allows corrective measures to be implemented more quickly and easily.
The vision sensors offer a range of robust vision tools for counting and measuring, locating parts and detecting features and defects. The Boa Spot Colour SL includes a basic set of inspection tools, while the EL model offers additional tools and an extended range of functions for more complex tasks. as
