Automation specialist Lütze is presenting three CC-Link compatible RJ45 connectors for industrial fieldbus applications in Asia.

The CC-Link-compatible RJ45 connectors comply with all parameters in accordance with the Mitsubishi standards for CC-Link IE (Industrial Ethernet), which is widely used in Asia. The eight-pin RJ45 connectors from Lütze can therefore be easily integrated into CC-Link IE production environments, the company promises. In addition to the RJ45 connectors for CC-Link, Lütze offers connectors for all industrial communication standards from Ethercat and Ethernet IP to Powerlink, Profinet/Profibus and Sercos3.

The three shielded RJ45 connectors are suitable for 10 Gbit per second in accordance with Cat. 6a and AWG 27-22. The connectors are available in straight or angled versions, alternatively with color coding T568A or T568B. Thanks to their full metal housing, the CC-Link connectors are optimized for use in harsh industrial environments and operating temperature ranges from minus 40 to plus 80 degrees Celsius. After simple assembly, the connectors form a self-contained unit with integrated strain relief with more than 750 mating cycles. as
