Reduced use of resources
Baumüller will be present at the SPS with solutions for more sustainability.
The focus is on faster time-to-market, shorter commissioning times and energy-efficient production processes thanks to clever drive concepts and intelligent functions. SmartValue, which collects data directly at the process via the intelligent sensor/actuator level, pre-processes it and uses it to optimize the process, will be on display.
For this purpose, data already available in the servo drive such as power, current, torque, speed or position can be used, for example, to record the current utilization of the motor-drive combination. The Baumüller DSD2 servo motor series for highly dynamic applications with special acceleration requirements and for rapidly changing start-stop cycles will also be on display. The motor is available in sizes 28 to 132.
