The open automation system KeControl FlexCore works with Linux-based technologies and other cloud-based assistance services in combination with Keba technologies in the areas of data recording, machine learning and, in future, analytics solutions. In this way, Keba aims to enable global networking with cloud-based data management and intelligent IT integration for machine and robot manufacturers.

Both the hardware and software are optimized for machine automation, injection moulding machines and robotics. They offer numerous communication standards such as Ethernet with OPC UA, fast and secure data storage for predictive analytics and maintenance as well as other customer-specific adaptations.
