New connectors for energy storage systems
Phoenix Contact presents new circular connectors for energy storage systems.
The device and cable connectors are reverse polarity protected and can be rotated 360 degrees. This makes them particularly suitable for flexible cable outlets in modular battery racks.
The contact-protected circular connectors are color-coded and mechanically coded to ensure a high level of safety when connecting the battery terminals. The new product family is designed for conductor cross-sections of 16 to 25 square millimetres and transmits rated currents of up to 120 amps and rated voltages of up to 1,500 volts (DC). as
