Deep learning inference and UHD media processing
With the Finlay computer-on-module, Seco presents a new embedded solution. It is based on the Intel Atom CPU of the x7000E series, Intel Core i3 CPU and Intel processors of the N series. Finlay has been specially developed for media processing.
The aim was to reduce the power consumption and space requirements of video and image-intensive edge applications. The x7000E series Atom processors and Core i3 processors offer high AI acceleration with low power consumption. Integrated Intel UHD graphics, the 6 EP image processing unit, Pipelock synchronization between two screens and integrated graphics control via the Intel oneAPI Video Processing Library are used to improve video and graphics processing. The most important functions are virtualization at hardware level, multi-OS support and real-time computing.
