Cable grommet with stepped sealing rings
Icotek has introduced its new KT-SC cable grommet with peelable sealing rings. It has detachable rings with graduated sealing areas and is based on the manufacturer's "KT large" in terms of size.
The new model enables electrical cables and pneumatic hoses with diameters between five and 28 millimetres to be fed through and sealed. The individual rings are peeled off depending on the required diameter of the cables to be inserted. To do this, a small hole is simply punched between the rings. The corresponding ring can then be removed. The individual rings of the KT-SC are marked with the letters A to F; this marking indicates the corresponding diameter of the cable to be inserted. The KT-SC can be integrated into all divisible cable entry frames for large KT cable grommets. It has protection class IP54 and is suitable for a temperature range between minus 40 and plus 100 degrees Celsius. The cable grommet is halogen and silicone-free. as
