Digital transformation, AI, man and machine as well as climate-neutral production - automatica outlines the factory of the future - and Bluhm Systeme offers tailor-made solutions for marking.
Some of the top marking products made in Germany, which ensure greater efficiency, transparency and sustainability in a smart factory, will be on display at automatica. In Hall A5, Stand 501, the experts from Bluhm Systeme will be presenting coders, printers, lasers and serial labelers that fit perfectly into all production lines.
Three-sided pallet labeling in portrait and landscape format
The AP 182 pallet labeler labels pallets on three sides. It can be triggered individually by each pallet and subsequently activates a corresponding movement profile. Seven travel paths can be programmed. This is made possible by an applicator that is moved via linear axes using a stepper motor drive. The AP 182 RT has a rotating dispensing pad that enables labeling in both portrait and landscape format.
Perfect printing results at 0 to 50 °C ambient temperature
The Linx 8900 continuous inkjet printer continuously monitors the ink levels and viscosity. This guarantees a permanently perfect print result and creates production reliability. Ink and solvent can be refilled quickly and easily with the Linx 8900. The print head cable is up to 6 meters long. It can be used in ambient temperatures from 0 to 50 °C.
Label dispenser with more than 60 function group modules
The Alpha HSM label dispenser can apply pre-printed labels quickly and accurately to products and packaging. Particularly powerful servomotors offer very high accuracy during the labeling process. The system also fits into tight production spaces. More than 60 different function group modules are available for a wide variety of tasks.
Label dispenser without compressed air and maintenance parts
Bluhm Systeme has revised the Legi-Air 4050 E label printing dispenser and added several technical features. Maintenance parts have been completely eliminated from this system without compromise and compressed air consumption and wear have been reduced to a minimum.
Zero-waste coding with laser
The e-SolarMark FLS fiber laser offers a cost-effective and user-friendly entry into the world of fiber lasers. With up to four products per second, the e-SolarMark FLS reliably and accurately codes packaging, components, technical articles, extrusion products, etc., whether stationary or in motion. Thanks to laser class 1, coding lasers from Bluhm Systeme do not require a laser safety officer and also work quietly.
Paperless product labels with inkjet printers
The Markoprint integra PP 108 Bicolor inkjet printer is a colorful alternative to product labels. All information can be printed directly onto cardboard boxes, for example. It labels with a print height of up to 108 mm.
Long cable for long distances
