The pneumatic Hytork double-piston quarter-turn actuators from Bormann & Neupert by BS&B are predestined for industrial use.
A low-friction and resistant di-aluminum trioxide coating on all surfaces reduces wear caused by frequent, fast gear changes. This ensures a long service life with minimal maintenance.
The drives also withstand high temperatures and humidity permanently without corrosion. They are characterized by high efficiency and reliability. The aluminum housings are manufactured using a casting process. This allows them to be designed to meet requirements. In contrast to continuous casting, material thicknesses and connections or offsets can be freely selected and positioned. In addition to standard variants, the manufacturer also supplies customized versions.
