Leybold is presenting its vacuum technologies for the food processing and packaging industry at the Anuga FoodTec trade fair in Cologne. The vacuum supplier's solutions are used worldwide.
According to the manufacturer, the company's pumps, systems and measuring devices contribute to sustainable and competitive products and processes in a wide variety of applications, including in the food and beverage industry. At one of the largest Italian producers of meat products near Parma, the installation of a Leybold system has led to a reduction in packaging time of around 20 percent. In addition to the high vacuum performance, the user attaches particular importance to an energy-efficient production process with low service and maintenance costs.
