Hand pipe bender
Manual tube bending with maximum precision
Stauff is expanding its range of machines and tools for pipe processing with a manual pipe bending tool that can be operated with little effort. The desired bend is produced precisely with the robust and durable manual pipe bender.
Stauff has been demonstrating its expertise for decades with a comprehensive range of fastening and connection technology for pipes and hoses in the hydraulics sector. As a system supplier, the company also provides the appropriate assembly, flanging and forming machines as well as other accessories.
Now the company is going one step further: with the TUB-MA manual pipe bender, Stauff offers its customers a tool that is as simple as it is precise for manually bending standard hydraulic pipes - a task that is primarily required for on-site repairs or when installing or modernizing hydraulic systems.
The base plate of the bending tool is clamped in a conventional vice and the pipe is positioned between the bending and pressure rollers. All the operator has to do is apply the lever and apply the desired bending angle to the pipe. The long lever with handle reduces the effort required. A scale lasered onto the bending rollers creates the conditions for a highly precise bending process. The bending contour has been designed so that even small bending radii can be realized without flattening the tube.
The hand pipe bender is suitable for steel and stainless steel pipes with external diameters of 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 15, 16, 18 and 22 mm with the defined minimum wall thicknesses. In addition to the metric version, the range also includes a variant for processing inch pipes with diameters between 1/4 and 7/8 inch.
The professional tool is supplied with all components and multilingual operating instructions as a complete set in a high-quality steel case. The eight steel bending rollers - six in the inch version - ensure that the tool has a long service life with maximum wear resistance.
