With syringe pump for flow rate accuracy

With a mechanical resolution of up to 24,000 half-steps and extended microstepping capabilities, the pump from IMI Precision Engineering allows flow rates to be adjusted between 0.008 µl/min and 500 ml/min, according to the manufacturer.

The service life of the syringe pumps is between two and five million cycles.

The syringe pump has a reinforced encoder for optimum valve adjustment, which minimizes flow turbulence and ensures a repeatable dosing volume. An intelligent diagnostic system facilitates programmable troubleshooting as well as integrated event and error logging. The flow rate accuracy is ±1 percent. The syringe pump can be configured in three stages so that any desired configuration can be implemented. The first stage is a robust syringe drive that can be easily configured with the user's firmware. The second stage also has a drive with valve.
