Centric clamp
Stationary clamping of round and square workpieces
The KZS centric clamps from Röhm are suitable for 6-sided machining in two set-ups, among other things.
Its features include a compact design, high repeat accuracy, clamping forces of up to 55 kN, an enlarged clamping range of 20 percent and a reduced interfering contour for optimized chip flow. The precision wedge hook system on the KZS ensures a high level of process reliability. The centric grippers are used in 3-, 4- and 5-axis machining centers as well as on all common zero-point clamping systems.
Both the KZS centric clamps and the Easylock zero-point clamping system are suitable for automated processes. The products can be actuated pneumatically or hydraulically and are used for robot-assisted workpiece loading of machine tools. The improved lubrication solution ensures consistently high clamping forces.
