New rotary table with torque drive
Hedelius is equipping its Tiltenta T7-2600 with a new rotary table. At EMO Hannover, the machining center will be on show for the first time with a torque drive with a speed of up to 50 rpm.
The T7-2600 from Hedelius is equipped with a main spindle that can be tilted from -98 to +98 °. In addition to the 29 kW spindle, other features of the machining center include speeds of up to 12,000 rpm, travels of 2,600 mm × 750 mm × 695 mm (x/y/z), a 50-station tool magazine, a Sinumerik 840D SL control system and a fixed table load of 2,500 kg.
In addition to traditional roughing and finishing, 5-axis simultaneous machining, iMachining and deep-hole drilling will also be demonstrated live at EMO Hannover.
