At EMO 2019, Meusburger will inform its visitors about the selection of materials and standard elements especially for jig and fixture construction. Samples of the manufacturing technologies offered by the company will also be on display.

The choice of material plays a central role in the machining result. This is why Meusburger 's range of stress-relieved steels extends from tool steels and heat-treatable steels to case-hardening and structural steels. A total of 30 different material qualities are available. These are available from stock as standard plates and standard bars and, according to the company, can be delivered within 24 hours within the DACH region. It is also possible to configure special sheets in customer-specific dimensions and designs.

Manufacturing technologies at Meusburger

The Austrian company also offers various production technologies such as flame cutting, sawing, deep-hole drilling, milling, grinding and turning. The webshop enables quick and easy calculation and design. Thanks to the prefabricated flame-cutting blanks and milling processes, resources can be saved and used specifically for the company's own core competencies. At EMO, visitors will have the opportunity to see samples of the various production technologies for themselves.

The experts at the stand will inform visitors about the different material qualities and their designs. Meusburger will also be showing the extensive range of standard elements, such as operating parts, clamping elements and fixture elements for the optimal clamping of workpieces. The digital assistants and the web store can be tried out at information terminals. In addition to the online presence, there is also the print catalog "Machine and Fixture Construction 2019/2020", which contains the complete standard range of plates and rods as well as the standard elements for machine and fixture construction.
