Grinding wheels from Suhner
For deburring and blending
Suhner offers the plastic-bonded BDR 150-A sanding wheels for surface finishing.
They are suitable for removing corrosion, paint and tarnish. The grinding wheels can also be used to clean weld seams and geometric workpieces. Users can also use them for deburring work and blending on almost all materials, according to the company.
The tearing of the bristles has been reduced thanks to a revised design, thus increasing the service life. According to the company, the best results are achieved with a reduced speed of 1,400 to 2,000 rpm and minimum contact pressure. The disk pack consists of eight disks with a plastic flange. The inner diameter can be changed as required using the four reduction rings included.
