Stepped cutting punches
Configure contour individually
At Meusburger, users now have the option of configuring the contour of their cutting die according to their requirements. Different materials, head shapes and coatings are also available.
The user can choose between five contours using the cutting punch configurator: round offset, rectangular, hexagonal and round flat contour. An anti-rotation lock on the head at 0° or 90° to the contour can also be selected as an option. The stepped cutting punch is available in the materials 1.3343 (HSS) and 1.3344 (PM23), with cylindrical, tapered or trombone neck head shape and with TiN and AlCrN coating.
