New generation of machines
Chips in free fall
Heller Maschinenfabrik is bringing the new generation of the F 6000 machining center to Hanover. The five-axis machine with head kinematics is designed for flexible series production.
Further highlights are the free chip fall, short non-productive times, optimum automation capability and compatibility with the H and FP series for a wide range of workpieces. The F 6000 also scores points for its expandability with technologies such as mill-turn, interpolation turning and power skiving. Highlights include the fundamentally redesigned swivel heads and the new motorized spindles integrated into them and specially developed by Heller. For combined milling and turning tasks, the optionally available Mill-Turn function has been integrated, the core of which is the high-torque rotary table DDT (Direct Drive Turning).
