Now it's time to aim high
Schmalz has developed the Jumboflex High-Stack for overhead handling tasks. Users use the tube lifter to stack goods with a maximum weight of 45 kilograms ergonomically and up to a height of 2.55 meters.
Even with a manual lifting aid, the maximum stack height is usually reached at 1.70 meters. The Jumboflex High-Stack has a long, swivel-mounted operating handle and is designed to exploit additional upward potential when storage space on the floor is limited. Pallets for containers or trucks can be packed in such a way that the available volume is optimally utilized. This tube lifter can also be used to pick up loads from ground level without straining your back.
Goods with a minimum height of 30 centimetres can be gripped with the high stack in an upright posture. It has an ergonomic one-handed handle for control; it can be used by both left and right-handed users. An additional handle makes it easier to use with the second hand. The device is infinitely adjustable; every user can work ergonomically with it. Customers also benefit from individual configuration options, as Schmalz designs the length and height of the operating handle to suit the workpiece size and the required stack height. pb
