Sheet metal processing

Simply feed

The dimensions and weight of workpieces in sheet metal processing often exceed the capabilities of manual processing. Loading, unloading and removal systems can therefore simplify the entire sheet metal working process.

However, it also makes sense to install feed and removal systems for smaller, less weighty parts. Hezinger offers handling systems for optimized production. The most basic handling support is the manual feed table with recessed smooth-running ball rollers for press brakes and guillotine shears. In addition, motorized feed tables, motorized bending aids, holding systems and even hydraulic support masts, which are also used as cranes for loading and unloading, can be used. These systems make processing easier for the worker and ensure gentle handling of the material. Speed is another factor that cannot be dismissed out of hand. "Efficiency in production can be increased with the appropriate organizational support from these handling systems," says Thomas-Alexander Weber, Managing Director at Hezinger. as
