IEF-Werner has launched another version of the aiPress servo press series. The addition of the Joining Module (JM) gives the user more options.
The series is available in the three sizes of the basic series: with three kilonewtons and a stroke of 75 millimetres, 15 kilonewtons and a stroke of 125 millimetres and 36 kilonewtons and a stroke of 175 millimetres. The maximum travel speed is 150 millimetres per second in each case. Also included is an external position measuring system attached to the press quill. The software functions include wear and maintenance indicators.
The company will also be exhibiting a gantry system with the toothed belt axis module 115/25 for handling pallets, the intelligent PA-infoSys unit for data monitoring and communication for machines and components, as well as the new direct drives from the euroline 200 series and a palletizing system consisting of a loading and unloading unit connected to a conveyor belt at the trade fair. as
