Despite its compact two-arm design, the pneumatically driven power clamp model 84A40-1 / 84A50-1 from Destaco generates a high level of force and tolerance compensation to firmly connect sheet metal in critical applications.
"The individually adjustable opening angles of the arms and tolerance compensation functions enable maximum flexibility, so that our customers can minimize installation effort and changeover times and ultimately reduce their costs," explains Stefan Eggers, Vice President & General Manager, Europe/Asia and Global Automotive. The standard opening angle of the clamp is 90 degrees. The opening angles of both arms can also be set independently of each other.
