Emergency system secures production
Maintaining production is the goal in every flowing process control chain. However, both machines and people can fail at any time and reliable replacements must be available immediately.
Handling devices from 3i ensure the continuation of production processes for a fast and individual emergency strategy in the event of machine malfunctions. The flexible Lift&Drive is also used as a backup system by manufacturers whose production processes are otherwise only carried out using ceiling-guided handling systems or fully automated processes. Objects of different quality, size and weight class can be moved ergonomically with the lifting device in the event of a machine failure. The manufacturer also offers two extended versions of the lifting device for use specifically in cleanroom and hygiene areas.
