Axial angular contact ball bearing

Precisely positioned

As an NSK sales partner, Dr. Tretter has the new axial angular contact ball bearings for ball screw drives from the BSBD series in its range. The series can support high axial loads in both directions.

As an NSK sales partner, Dr. Tretter has added the new axial angular contact ball bearings for ball screw drives from the BSBD series to its portfolio. These components are available in two versions: The BSN series axial angular contact ball bearings correspond to double-row bearings in an O arrangement and have a one-piece outer ring. The BSF series also has an extended outer ring with through holes for simple direct mounting on the face. The contact angle of the bearings is 60 degrees. This means that the new series can support high axial loads in both directions. At the same time, it runs precisely and rigidly, as required for modern precision machines. Designers can preload the bearings with a defined force by retightening the shaft nut with the recommended clamping force.

The low-friction contact seal with multiple lip structure is designed to provide good grease retention and a high level of dust-tightness, while also being suitable for high speeds. The lip seal, which runs in a groove on the inner ring, also keeps torque and heat generation low. Dr. Tretter supplies the bearings lubricated for life and ready for installation. The bearings can be relubricated during operation if necessary via a lubrication groove on the outer surface of the outer ring.

A heavy-duty series is also available for some sizes. This version is wider with the same bore diameter, has a larger ball and a larger diameter on the outer ring. The user benefits from a higher load rating and a more rigid design. For higher loads, Dr. Tretter also supplies the axial angular contact ball bearings in a matched design. In this case, the individual bearings are matched to each other. Both are identified by a V-marking on the outer diameter to ensure correct bearing arrangement during assembly. as
