The module can be operated with the Bluetooth 5.0, ZigBee 3.0, Thread and ANT wireless protocols as well as with proprietary 2.4 GHz stacks.

The highly integrated module in a compact housing (23.2 x 17.4 x 2 mm) contains all components, from the high-frequency circuit component to various antennas (PCB and ceramic) and antenna matching network or a U.FL/IPEX connector for the external antenna connection. The CPU is an ARM Cortex-M4F processor with 64 MHz. The 1 MB flash memory can hold several radio stacks as well as more extensive customer applications and offers enough space for data logger tasks. The MS88SF2 already has CE, FCC, IC, TELEC and BQB certifications.
