Jan Ciliax new CFO of Lapp
The Supervisory Board of Lapp Holding AG has appointed Jan Ciliax as Chief Financial Officer of Lapp Holding AG with effect from January 1, 2021.
In this role, he succeeds Dr. Ralf Zander, who is dedicating himself to new professional challenges. As CFO, Jan Ciliax is currently responsible for controlling, risk management, corporate finance, balance sheets, taxes and accounting.
"With Jan Ciliax, we are gaining a very experienced and competent financial specialist. Thanks to his many years of experience in large, internationally successful technology companies and industries, he can make an important contribution to supporting Lapp on its growth path," emphasizes Siegbert E. Lapp, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Lapp Holding AG.
Over the course of his career, Ciliax (52) has worked for well-known companies in various management and financial management positions in Germany, France, Spain, the USA and Switzerland. For the past 12 years, he has been employed by TE Connectivity, most recently as CFO of the industrial division with business units in the areas of mechanical and plant engineering, energy, medical technology, aviation and oil & gas. He completed his business studies at the Christian-Albrechts-University in Kiel. "Lapp is a very solid and innovative family business with great potential. I am looking forward to the new challenge," says Jan Ciliax.
