The cable carrier is therefore ideally equipped for all challenges in mechanical engineering, machine tool construction or for gantries and axes. A wide range of opening options ensure ease of use.

The new UA1995 continues the success story of the Uniflex Advanced series - in large dimensions. The chain has an internal height of 80 mm and internal widths of 85 to 250 mm, with up to 600 mm possible on request. This means there is plenty of space for cables and hoses of all kinds. This is Tsubaki Kabelschlepp 's response to the needs of the market: after all, machines have to perform more and more functions these days, so the number of special cables is constantly increasing.

Because time is money, the designers have also made sure that assembly and cable routing are as simple as possible. The four-part chain links can be stored and transported in a space-saving manner and are very easy to assemble on site. For uncomplicated cable routing, the UA1995 is now available in a version that can be opened on both sides - in addition to the closed and internally and externally hinged designs.

In general, the cable carrier is characterized by pleasant operability thanks to its computer-aided and low-distortion design. In addition, it is also particularly smooth-running and low-wear and impresses with a smoother feel. The energy chain is equipped with UMB connectors made of sturdy plastic, which have strengths comparable to aluminum. Rear grips on the stop additionally improve the strength and enable better force transmission. The small pitch of 99.5 mm ensures optimum running smoothness.
