Turck: Change in the management board
Guido Frohnhaus will relinquish his position as Managing Director of Turck Holding and Werner Turck and leave the group of companies at his own request at the end of February 2019 after many years of successful work.
The Advisory Board, in consultation with the Güber shareholders, will appoint a successor to the Management Board in the course of the year. Joachim Göddertz has taken over the management of the company on an interim basis for the transitional period.
"With Joachim Göddertz, we have gained an experienced managing director and proven automation expert who will help us with his know-how in the upcoming restructuring of the technology division in the Turck Group," says Hans Sondermann, Chairman of the Advisory Board of Turck Holding.
This year, Joachim Göddertz, together with the two managing directors of Turck Holding, Christian Wolf and Christian Pauli, will continue to prepare the company for the challenges associated with increasing industrial digitalization.
