Trade fair duo starts the registration phase for exhibitors

The trade fair duo Intec and Z starts the registration phase for exhibitors. From 2 to 5 March 2021, the Leipzig trade fair will once again be the center of production technology for metalworking and the supplier industry in Europe and will provide further points of reference for the industry in times of serious industrial upheaval.

"In 2021, Intec and Z will be the most important industry gathering of the year for production technology in the metalworking and supplier industry in Germany," emphasizes Markus Geisenberger, Managing Director of Leipziger Messe. "In the upheaval that the industry is currently undergoing, the trade fair association thus offers the ideal platform to facilitate dialog in the industry and provide impetus for the future - an absolute must-attend event right at the beginning of the year."

The conditions for the upcoming trade fair preparations could not be better: both global market leaders and small and medium-sized companies use the Intec as an efficient marketplace. At Z, which is one of the most important European subcontracting trade fairs, the majority of exhibitors are suppliers to the medium production stages and industrial service providers. At Intec and Z 2019, 1,324 exhibitors from 31 countries presented their new products and their extensive range of services, which 24,400 visitors from 41 countries learned about.

"The core areas of the trade fair alliance are set," emphasizes Kersten Bunke, Project Director of the trade fair duo: "In times of technological change, we are addressing topics with special shows and events in the specialist program that are already playing a major role in the industry's development departments and will decisively change production in the future."

In 2021, these include the special shows "Additive + Hybrid - Manufacturing in Transition" and "Sensor Technology - Further on the Road to Intelligent Production and Smart Products", which Leipziger Messe is designing and organizing together with experts from a programme advisory board. The proven cooperation with the Saxony AMZ automotive supplier initiative will be continued in the area of sensor technology.

The current exhibitor brochures for Intec and Z 2021 have already been sent out. The complete registration documents are available on the websites of both trade fairs. Exhibitors can also register online with immediate effect. Further information is available at www.messe-intec.de and www.zuliefermesse.de.
