SPS 2022
Comeback in Nuremberg
Around 1,100 exhibitors from all over the world are expected at the 31st edition of SPS, the trade fair for smart and digital automation. The latest products, solutions and technologies for industrial automation will be presented in Nuremberg from November 8 to 10, 2022.
Once again this year, visitors to the trade fair will benefit from the wide range of national and international automation and digitalization suppliers and have the opportunity to gain a complete overview of the market during the three days of the trade fair in Nuremberg and beyond on the supplementary digital event platform "SPS on air".
SPS provides information on current topics from the automation industry with an extensive lecture program. In the week before the event begins, SPS ticket holders can take part in a digital pre-heat event with numerous specialist presentations and product previews via the "SPS on air" platform. During the trade fair, the supplementary program will be played at the VDMA/ZVEI Forum on the exhibition grounds in Hall 3 and from the SPS Live Studio in Nuremberg via the digital supplement "SPS on air".
Digital platform
In addition, participants can use the digital platform to initiate contacts and arrange appointments both on site and digitally, network with each other and find contacts for their specific automation issues. The "SPS on air" with its interaction options will remain online after the end of the event until 11.11.2022; the on-demand media library and a large part of the recorded lecture program will be available until 15.11.2022. This means that visitors to the face-to-face trade fair will still have the opportunity to watch presentations afterwards or make contacts with purely digital participants worldwide.
In Hall 6, the "Automation meets IT" joint stand with around 16 exhibitors offers visitors the opportunity to gain comprehensive insights into specific topics and receive individual advice from the providers. The trade fair can currently be held without coronavirus restrictions.
