Distribution agreement with Stanley
Rutronik expands LED portfolio
Distributor Rutronik is expanding its LED portfolio to include products from Japanese manufacturer Stanley Electric. The distribution agreement applies to the entire European market.
The product range includes LEDs, IR emitters and UV LEDs, with the automotive sector being the most important target market. Here, the company offers narrowly selectable selections and individual selections in terms of color locations and brightness, which are increasingly in demand from Rutronik customers. The Japanese manufacturer also offers comprehensive technical support. The company manufactures worldwide and has more than 30 locations outside its home country.
For the companies, the agreement offers potential for joint growth, explains Thomas Ulinski, Director Product Marketing Semiconductor at Rutronik: "With Stanley, we are adding LED, IR and UV LED products to our portfolio with a focus on the automotive sector. Our strong network in the automotive industry and Stanley's expertise in this area will result in synergy effects that will enable us to support new projects and win new customers."
