MVTec closer to the customer
MVTec Software launched a new department called Customer Services in September 2022. The new department officially began its work at the start of 2023.
"We see high growth potential in our industry. We can only exploit this potential if we are as close to our customers as possible. One of the ways we are achieving this goal is by providing more direct support to our customers in the DACH region," says Dr. Olaf Munkelt, Managing Director of MVTec. Mario Bohnacker has been appointed head of the department.
The new department builds on existing support teams that were separated from the Engineering division and reorganized within the department. Due to Bohnacker's departure, the position of Technical Product Manager Halcon was vacant. The position was filled internally by Jan Gärtner.
