Financial year 2023
IDS with good growth forecasts
Despite the tense procurement situation, the image processing company IDS expects a positive sales trend and growth of 15% for the 2023 financial year.
One reason for this is the good order situation resulting from the advancing wave of automation. IDS also expects supply chain bottlenecks to improve. "Our great advantage is certainly that we are represented in almost all sectors and are therefore very broadly positioned," says IDS Managing Director Alexander Lewinsky. "The demand for our products has increased particularly in the medical technology sector, which is not only pleasing from an economic point of view."
On the product side, the positive development is based on the continued strong growth in the 3D segment. Accordingly, a new, cost-optimized series for large-volume applications will be added to the portfolio in the current year.
