The SPS 2024
SPS, the traditional automation highlight at the end of the year, will take place in Nuremberg this year from November 12 to 14. The internationally important trade fair has been frequented by interested parties and exhibitors from all over the world for more than three decades.
Digitalization and automation have become an important core topic for all sectors of industry. SPS - Smart Production Solutions is therefore the annual meeting place for all automation specialists and users of digitalization. The trade fair presents the entire spectrum of smart and digital automation, from simple sensors to intelligent solutions. The focus is on practical solutions for diverse, highly specialized areas of work. As the pacemaker of the automation industry, SPS provides three days of information on the latest products, solutions and innovations and allows visitors to immerse themselves in the rapidly developing world of automation. Around 1,200 companies from the industry will be represented in a total of 16 exhibition halls covering an area of 125,000 m². The international key players in automation will be there again this year. However, the trade fair also attracts numerous newcomers who are presenting themselves at SPS for the first time.
As a source of ideas and a platform for innovation, SPS is the highlight of the automation industry. In addition to the extensive range of national and international exhibitors and a highly qualified lecture program, the 2024 trade fair will offer a focused and targeted program for young people for the first time. In addition to the Young Talents Day with various activities on the last day of the trade fair, a "Makeathon" will take place throughout the entire duration of the event, where interested parties can work and tinker on real tasks from well-known companies. Guided tours offer young talents the chance to gain exclusive insights into companies, make contacts and engage in direct discussions with experts in small groups.
