Servo amplifier
With NRTL approval and higher output current
From the second quarter of 2020, Sieb & Meyer will also be offering the SD2B servo amplifier with NRTL approval and in a high-current version. The NRTL devices are suitable for US systems. The high-current version offers a 30 percent higher rated and peak current compared to the standard version.
The SD2B plus from Sieb & Meyer is suitable for use as a servo amplifier for the operation of rotary and linear low-voltage servo motors as well as for high-speed low-voltage synchronous and asynchronous motors. As a frequency inverter in the high-speed range, it allows sensor-based control based on TTL encoders. This allows several high-speed motors up to a speed of 120,000 rpm to be operated synchronously in master/slave mode. In addition to two TTL encoder inputs and outputs, five digital inputs/outputs and a USB interface are available.
