In the field of drive technology, it is not always possible to collect data with little effort. Recording measurement data in a rotating drivetrain is made more difficult because direct networking via a cable is not possible or the required installation space is lacking. With the intelligent coupling, R+W now offers a hardware and software solution. This is an upgraded series clutch that offers additional functions in the field of measurement technology thanks to an integrated sensor system. The sensor system measures torque, speed and acceleration. This data is processed directly and simultaneously transmitted to and displayed on a mobile device. as
