SPS IPC Drives ends with an increase in visitors
SPS IPC Drives ended with positive figures. In 2019, the trade fair for smart and digital automation will have a new name.
The international showcase for the industrial automation sector once again attracted exhibitors and trade visitors to Nuremberg at the end of 2018. 1,631 exhibitors presented their products and solutions to trade visitors and provided information on innovations and trends with presentations and specialist talks.
The analysis of the trade fair results shows that the trade fair is of great international importance, announced the organizer Mesago: Exhibitors from a total of 45 countries took part. In addition to Germany, most exhibitors came from Italy, China, the USA, Switzerland and Austria. The 65,700 visitors were spread across 82 countries, with the proportion of foreign visitors increasing to 28 percent (2017: 27 percent).
SPS IPC Drives becomes SPS
This year, the trade fair will take place from 26 to 28 November 2019 at the Exhibition Center Nuremberg under a new name. SPS IPC Drives will become SPS - Smart Production Solutions, International Trade Fair for Industrial Automation. The name has changed, but the concept and content will remain the same. as
