The sprockets combine various approaches to create efficient solutions to minimize wear in demanding industrial applications. Firstly, they meet all the requirements of ISO 606 and are certified accordingly. Secondly, they are made from high-quality C45 steel. The teeth are additionally induction-hardened and only have low tolerances in the range between 40 and 50 HRC, which significantly extends their service life compared to standard gears on the market. For use in damp environments, the new gears are burnished to reduce corrosion damage.
