Drive for AGVs
Heidrive is also presenting Heimotion servomotors for warehouse logistics. These high-performance, compact servomotors are suitable drive units for automated guided vehicles (AGVs) thanks to directly mounted planetary or cycloidal gearboxes with integrated electronics.
Thanks to their high efficiency, the drives achieve a high output power of up to 1,800 watts at a low voltage of 48 volts and flange dimensions of 80 x 80 millimetres. For correspondingly high load currents of up to 50 amps, the user can obtain drives with the appropriate cables - both in the radial direction and as an angled screw connection or axially out of the motor. The signal cable can be plugged in or is also available in a suitable length as a cable. The Heimotion series with integrated or surface-mounted electronics is available in flange dimensions of 40, 60 and 80 millimetres. According to Heidrive, customer projects that have already been implemented indicate a high demand for drives for this market segment. pb
