Safety system

Intelligently safe

In contrast to conventional, hard-wired safety circuits, the modular S-Dias safety system from Sigmatek is fully configurable and flexible to use. It can be seamlessly integrated into the Salzburg-based manufacturer's automation systems, but can also be used stand-alone with third-party systems.

The modular safety components in S-Dias pocket format include safety controllers, safety I/Os and drives with safety functions. This means that the safety solution can be individually tailored to the safety-relevant application. The slim design allows the flexible safety solution to be used in smart machines and systems with optional modules. S-Dias Safety is also suitable for mobile applications, as the data can be transmitted via cable or wireless. The Lasal Safety Designer is a tool for programming and configuring the safety system that can cover all requirements up to SIL CL 3 (in accordance with EN 62061) and PL e, Cat. 4 (in accordance with EN ISO 13849-1/-2). as
