Reliable protection against short circuits
With Motus C14, Wöhner presents new user-friendly motor starters with fuseless motor protection in a small installation space.
If a fault occurs, the electronics of the Motus C14 switch off the motor within a maximum of ten microseconds. This means that the motor starter reacts faster than a fuse, even with a low I²t value.
The C14 technology also ensures that the system is intrinsically safe and can be
can be switched on again immediately after the fault has been rectified. The
other advantages of the Motus C14 include space savings of 75 percent compared to
